Terms of Use

By booking with Gold Coast Truck Driving School, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

• A $200 deposit is accepted to secure your spot

• All training must be paid in full before the scheduled training session or test

• QLD Transport Test Fee ($65) is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable

• Training and test bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand plans change. However, to protect our scheduling and trainers’ time:

• Rescheduling within 7 days is allowed without charge (up to a maximum of two reschedules)

• If a booking is rescheduled more than twice, Queensland Transport may block further re-bookings. You will need to call them directly to continue.

• Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice are eligible for a refund, minus a $200 admin fee.

3. Student Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

• Arrive on time for training and test appointments

• Hold a valid car licence (and any relevant learner permits)

• Provide accurate information during the booking process

• Be medically fit and legally eligible to drive

4. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel training at our discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, intoxication, or unsafe behaviour.
