By booking with Gold Coast Truck Driving School, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A 25%deposit is accepted to secure your spot

  • All training must be paid in full week before the scheduled training session or test

  • QLD Transport Test Fee ($65) is payable at time of booking and is refundable by qld transport

  • Training and test bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

**Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy**

The advertised price may or may not include GST; this will be specified in the advertisement and added to the total amount on the invoice. The QLD Transport booking fee is included in the final invoice price. However, if a refund of this fee is necessary, it will be handled by QLD Transport according to their terms and conditions.

Payments are to be made via invoice and will incur a 2.2% processing fee. The full amount for the test booking must be paid 5 working days before the test date. Working days do not include Saturdays or Sundays. For example, for a test scheduled on Wednesday, payment must be made by 5 PM on the Wednesday of the previous week.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate as much as possible. Therefore, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a test. If a test is canceled or rescheduled within 5 days of the test, it will be at management's discretion whether to issue a full or partial refund.or no refund as policy states Management is instructed to do everything they can to assist; however, making it difficult for us to help, such as notifying us at the last minute, is discouraged.

Help us help you! If a test is canceled within 5 working days of the scheduled test date or training date no refund will be given.

If you need to reschedule a test within 5 working days of the date (7 days including the weekend), and we cannot fill the vacated spot, you will be charged the full test fee.

If you cancel a test booking a $160 administration fee will be charged. Please ensure you are certain before booking. If you do cancel the test, $65 may be withheld by QLD Transport. Refer to their terms and conditions regarding booking fees.

Any training or test canceled within 5 working days of the scheduled date will incur the full fee. No refund given

3. Student Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Arrive on time for training and test appointments

  • Hold a valid car licence (and any relevant learner permits)

  • Provide accurate information during the booking process

  • Be medically fit and legally eligible to drive

4. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel training at our discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, intoxication, or unsafe behaviour.
